Ok; so an actual name for this escapes me at the moment.. Why not suggest me one?
If i use your suggestion; i'll feature some of your work in the next journal update..
if you actually tell me why you think your name fits; and i use your suggestion, i'll throw in a months sub..

'Don't Be Late'.... i dunno coz that's wat i have in my mind wen i look at it... there's a clock, a door n a shoe.... its like dun waste ur time... in this life we need to be fast n time management is important... i see the shoes as a symbol for life- like we walk in this journey of life, in this path, n its not so easy to go through... the clock, still i we can link to life, n the door, the same thing, the door is there, so its up to us to open it or not... there is so many possibilities out there (life) n go grab it before its too late..... :) c'mon tell me u like it =p

btw the clock is up side down...wat i can understand with it is that....life's tricky n be careful with it

now let's see...your deviation sends me some mixed ideas.. ..
i'll give it a go anyway:)

1. the first thing that comes to my mind is punctuality. because of the clock, right above the door, and the shoes right next to it, suggest someone is about to leave, or should be leaving already if they do not want to be late..
"punctuality" though, doesn't sound like such a good title..and stuff like "on time" or "time" or "time passes" or "passing time" seem so used and cliche..

hmm..it's a tough one.. maybe the fact that the shoes are already right by the door suggest an amount of preparation. someone is thinking ahead.. so why not :star: Ahead of Time :star:
... ..still sound a bit common but i think it's better than the previous ones.

2. it reminds me of a song from coldplay(even though i really dislike the band) : clocks. but with this song, i can't really explain the presence of the shoes ... tick-tack..no..that sounds dum  ..

i believe i'm sticking to nr.1 : Ahead of Time.

ps. fun idea btw

What about a title in a strange language? I always love titles in strange languages.
How about 'Nachtwandeling'? It's Dutch for a walk or a stroll through the night. It indicates a gentle preference of the night and later hours, in darkness but not dark of mind. Seems to fit this manipulation, I think.

"After Time" the shoes are waiting for a person to wear them, for them to come through the door for them, while the clock could signify that time has ended and started over again counting back to the beginning as the sneakers wait for their company

Name: Waiting

That is what this picture is to me about. The shoes are waiting (time and waiting expressed by the clock) for their owners to come and lead them out (door) for running, playing, jumping and all around good fun. They are bored in this cold and lifeless (blue and brown tones) room and desire for some outdoor fun!

just do like i do and give it a completely irrelevant name like "peanut butter jelly time"
